Status Definitions
Not Found
We can’t find your package at the moment. Please double-check the tracking number with the sender.
Come back later for accurate tracking details, as updates may be periodic.
This usually means:
- The carrier hasn’t accepted your package yet.
- The carrier hasn’t scanned and entered the tracking information for your package yet.
- Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
- The item was shipped a long time ago, and the information is no longer available.
Typically, once the sender hands off your package, the carrier takes over and begins processing it.
They scan the package and enter the tracking information to prepare it for the next stage of delivery.
Sometimes there can be a delay between these scans and when the tracking information shows up in their system.
This delay could be due to a high volume of packages or technical glitches.
Processing usually takes a day or two, so don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking updates right away.
Just try again later, as the information is updated regularly.
Info Received
The shipping carrier has been notified about your shipment and is now preparing to pick up the package.
In Transit
Your package has been shipped from its country of origin and is currently on its way to its destination.
This usually means:
- Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
- Your package has been dispatched or has departed from its country of origin.
- Your package has arrived in the destination country and is awaiting customs inspection.
- Your package has arrived in the destination country and is now in domestic transit.
- Your package is in another transit country and will be forwarded to its final destination from there.
Please monitor the tracking information for your package carefully.
Once it reaches the destination country, we recommend checking the tracking within 1-2 days to stay updated and ensure a smooth delivery.
Pick Up
Your package is ready for pickup at a local facility.
We recommend you retrieve it promptly to prevent it from being returned to the sender.
Here’s what this means:
The carrier has set a collection deadline, so we suggest you pick up your package as soon as possible to avoid having it sent back.
If you’ve already confirmed that your package was delivered successfully, please disregard this notification.
Out for Delivery
Your package is currently on its way to you.
Here’s what this means:
The delivery service is in the process of bringing your shipment to your address.
To ensure a successful delivery, please make sure your contact information is correct and your phone can receive calls.
If you haven’t received your package by the end of the day, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to arrange for redelivery.
Undelivered
The carrier attempted to deliver your package, but it was unsuccessful.
There could be several reasons for this, so please contact the carrier for more information.
Here are some common reasons for a failed delivery:
- The recipient wasn’t available at the time of delivery.
- The delivery was delayed and has been rescheduled.
- The recipient requested a different delivery time.
- There were address-related issues, such as difficulty locating the property in a rural or remote area.
If you are certain your package has already been delivered, you can disregard this notice.
However, if you haven’t received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier to arrange for redelivery or collection.
It’s important to know that carriers often have deadlines for item collection, so we advise picking up your package quickly, or it might be returned to the sender.
Delivered
Your package has been successfully delivered to the intended recipient.
Here’s what this means:
In most cases, a “Delivered” status means the carrier has successfully dropped off your package.
If the intended recipient didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting either the sender or the shipping carrier for clarification.
Alert
There may be an unusual issue with your package, such as it being returned, held at customs, lost, or damaged.
Here’s what this could mean:
- Your package might be returned to the sender if the recipient refused it, the address was incomplete, it wasn’t picked up in time, or no one was available to receive it.
- Your package might have been held by customs because it contains prohibited items, is subject to taxes, or for other unspecified reasons.
- There’s also a possibility that your package was damaged or lost during transit.
If you’ve already received your package, you can ignore this notice.
However, if you haven’t received your package and see an “Alert” status, please pay close attention and review the detailed tracking information.
Because shipping can be complex, our system can’t always detect every possible status perfectly. We recommend contacting either the sender or your shipping carrier for more information.
Expired
We apologize, but the tracking for your package has been inactive for a long time.
There are a few possible reasons for this:
- During transit, there might have been a long delay in updating the tracking information.
- The carrier might have accidentally missed a scan for your package.
- There is a chance that your package was lost during transit.
If you have already received your package, please disregard this message.
If you haven’t received it, we recommend reaching out to the sender or contacting your shipping carrier for an update.
